Delete stubborn local printer drivers

After Deleting printer from Print Management, old print driver are still there.

Solution:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3

Delete the printer in question and reboot. This should clear the drivers out of Print Management
