Before the hustle and bustle of the conference begins, we invite you to kick back, network with peers, and enjoy some friendly competition in a relaxed and fun environment.

What to Expect

• Networking: Meet and connect with fellow NCLGISA members. It’s the perfect way to start the conference!
• Axe Throwing Competition: Show off your axe throwing skills or learn a new one! Our event will be hosted at Axeville Throwing Club, a spacious 3400 sq ft facility dedicated to the art of axe throwing. Located just a few minutes from the conference venue, we will have the entire space to ourselves with a private axe throwing coach. The winner will recieve a prize basket filled with luxury local favorites!
• Local Craft Beer: Quench your thirst with some of the finest local craft beers that represents Asheville’s vibrant brewing scene.
• BBQ: No event is complete without mouthwatering food. We will have appetizers and dinner catered by local favorite, Bear BBQ with all your favorites!
