Trouble Tickets & Client Portal

Your TotalCARE portal is one place to add new Trouble Tickets and check on the status of exisiting Tickets. For First time login please use your office email address and ask for your password from your office administrator or call us at (225) 578 7870.

If you are your company's IT contact this portal along with trouble ticket management also allows you to manage an asset database, user permissions, invoices and payments.

Click anywhere on the Outlook image to access your email, contacts and Schedule. This is the same information that is available through your Outlook or Phone. Please note you will need your email address and the same password you use to login to your computer.

  Click on any icon to access your OFFICE 365 in the Cloud. This allows you to access your OneDrive files, Office Sharepoint and use Office applications in a browser without needing to install the full Microsoft Office Program.
